A Practical Problem Solving Process

A simple, but elegant problem solving process developed by TCAG. It is an integrated, logical sequence of individually successful, time proven quality-based tools. The process finds true root cause, identifies and selects the most suitable solution, and ensures solution implementation for future prevention. The process is rank and level independent and can be rapidly applied throughout the company as an expectation of “the way business is done.” It is particularly successful in team problem solving situations.

While tools training can be found from various sources, and unrelated basic facilitation skills training also readily available, “Problem Solving with Quality Tools” uniquely marries the two. Facilitation skills required for these particular tools prepare both team leaders and team members for efficient problem solving.
