Efficient Project Planning and Follow-through
Implementation is a serious problem in most companies. This is due to two things: 1) lack of accountability for the implementation and 2) insufficient planning and project management.
This workshop provides a logical, efficient, and straightforward work breakdown and scheduling for managing projects. It is applied in real time to projects, both in the proposal stage and in the implementation stage. The project team, as a group, can rapidly complete both the action plan and the budget, allowing focused work to proceed efficiently. Clear roles and responsibilities are defined for all aspects of the project, allowing monitoring and driving accountability.
Critical for Cross-corporate Change Management Initiatives
Many companies have an elaborate communication distribution network in place for the dissemination of information. That trickle down method is less effective for ongoing communication of cross-functional process and performance improvement activities, particularly when a company-wide culture change is anticipated.
TCAG leads a small group of appropriate people through a structured proprietary design process to craft communication messages and information dissemination. The outcome is a company-wide communication plan including teachable moments that are integrated with the overall change management strategy and monitored as closely as the progression of other implementation actions.
It is TCAGs recommendation that this be a prerequisite of the approval process for release of resources for any cross-functional initiative.
