Michael G. Coleman and Sandra B. Austin have thirty-three combined years of business experience followed by twenty-two combined years consulting. Their actual operational and management experience makes them practitioners, not theorists. They have worked with more than 20 different industries with organizations ranging in size from $80 Million to greater than $25 Billion in sales. They founded The Coleman Austin Group, Inc. in 1993, based in Tempe, Arizona.

Mike and Sandy are known by their international clients, primarily in Australia and England, for their business focus on process improvement, six sigma quality, and their problem solving process. In the USA, their reputation extends to include strategy development, process discipline, and complex business and operations integration. They challenge the way people think and are called upon for the difficult situations that require people to commit to change. In addition to their individual accomplishments, they are widely recognized as an exceptionally effective and efficient team.

Prior to The Coleman Austin Group, Mike worked at Motorola for more than twenty-five years. Mike was granted twenty-one U.S. Patents, received honors as a Dan Noble Fellow, Distinguished Innovator, and as a Member of Motorola's Science Advisory Board Associates.

Prior to co-founding The Coleman Austin Group, Sandy held management and operations positions at Motorola, U.S. Departments of Agriculture and Interior, and American Mutual Insurance. Focused on business operations and performance technology, she has managed several nationally recognized projects.
